When I was a child, I watched "The Sound of Music." After that, I fell irrevocably in love with musicals and operas. The beautiful music and exquisite performances deeply moved me and influenced the course of my life.I've started learning bel canto, musical instruments, and professional musical techniques. I hope to become a music teacher and use my knowledge to influence the next generation. :)

My favorite foreign‑language musical is the French production of *Notre‑Dame de Paris*, and my favorite character is Father Frollo. This role has given me a lot to think about. Human nature is not simply black and white; everyone has their own inner darkness and desires, and we all struggle with these desires throughout our lives.I can sing all the songs in it now, but what I need to do now is to keep improving and make my performance even better

As everyone knows, I am Chinese, so I strongly recommend my favorite Chinese musical, one of my absolute favorites: *Butterfly*. The story is based on the well‑known Chinese myth of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, a poignant tale of two lovers who, due to family opposition, ultimately commit suicide and transform into butterflies—somewhat like an Eastern version of *Romeo and Juliet*. However, this musical incorporates modern elements, using contemporary performance techniques to reinterpret this love story. The songs are incredibly beautiful, with lyrics as elegant as poetry, brimming with Eastern aesthetics.

My favorite English musical is Andrew Lloyd Webber's *The Phantom of the Opera*. I don't think I need to introduce it because it's just so incredibly famous, especially when that iconic organ sounds—I think everyone gets a jolt. I can sing all the songs in it now, but as I said before, being able to sing doesn't necessarily mean you can perform it, or perform it brilliantly.

I heard this song last year, and it's still my favorite.

My favorite singer is Baoliang Sha. To be honest, I didn't initially have a favorite singer. If you like a singer because of a signature song, in my opinion, that's not true liking; it's just liking the song itself. But I like Baoliang Sha because I admire his voice. Secondly, the breath control and enunciation in every song he sings are perfect; he's a true artist. I first learned about him when my parents sang his theme song "Dark Fragrance" for the TV series *The Story of a Noble Family* at a karaoke bar. Then I started learning about him. On a previous page, I mentioned that I love musicals. When I learned that he was a musical actor, I was very excited because I had seen the musical *Butterfly*, which gave me a new understanding of Chinese musicals. I admire him greatly and hope to become a highly professional singer like him.

My favorite musical film is definitely The Sound of Music, and my two favorite songs are "The God of Music" and "Sixteen Going on Seventeen".

My second favorite is "City of Stars" from LalaLand.

And the song "You Were Meant for Me" from "Singin' in the Rain"
